Taking the First Step
Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting. To make it a little easier, I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, for you to ask questions and share a little about what brings you to counselling. It also gives us both a chance to see whether working together feels right. There is no pressure or obligation to continue.
To arrange your introductory call, simply complete the Reach Out form below, and I will get back to you within 48 hours to arrange suitable time for a call.
What Happens Next?
If we both feel that working together is a good fit, we can arrange regular weekly 50-minute sessions to begin our therapeutic work.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on different therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are and tailor our work to your individual needs. Together, we can explore your experiences at your own pace, develop a deeper understanding of yourself and work towards finding a way forward that feels right for you.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy is central to the counselling relationship. Everything you share with me is treated with respect and held in confidence. I follow the NCPS Ethical Framework, which means your information is protected and handled with care.
There are a few rare exceptions to confidentiality, such as situations where there is a serious risk of harm or where I am legally required to share information. If this ever arises, I will always aim to discuss it with you first.
I store client information securely and only for the purposes of providing safe and effective therapy. You are welcome to ask about how your information is kept, used, or protected at any time.
